What is a pass phrase? Simpler than a password and more secure.
Think of a memorable saying with 4 or more words. It can be:
a song lyric
a movie quote
a line from a famous character
a punch line from a joke
something memorable someone said to you
Capitalization doesn't matter. Spaces and punctuation don't matter.
No required capitals or numbers or special characters.
Just pick a phrase that's easy for you to remember.
Preferably not one all your friends would guess.
Or you can pick 4 random words, or a string of random chars. Whatever.
Only requirements are:
at least 10 letters
nothing trivial like single words or your email or password123
How does Login with Discord work?
How Discord Login Works
Discord uses OAuth2 technology to authenticate you to other platforms.
How it works:
Click login button above to go to discord's login page.
You sign in on discord's server with your username and password. Card Trader app never sees your credentials.
Discord asks permission to share your username with towncardbot, the discord app for card trader.
When you accept, discord sends you back here and we create your card trader account.
To use Login with Discord, first you have to create a user account with name and
passphrase for account recovery.
Then on your homepage, click the Link Discord Account button to link your Discord id.
After that, you can use the Discord button to login here.
We remember your id with session cookies. If you disable cookies, you'll
have to login every time you visit.
